4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law
  • Designers 4 Less reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
  • Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout
  • Designers 4 Less reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse
  • In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued

  • Delivery times vary by destination; estimated times are provided at checkout
  • Shipping is handled by trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

8. Store Credit & Promotions

  • Store credit and promotional credits issued by Designers 4 Less have no cash value
  • Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
  • Welcome credits are subject to a maximum usage cap of 15% of order value per purchase
  • UGC cashback credits are applied in full and usable on the next purchase
  • Designers 4 Less reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
