As a European outlet, we source from a network of 12+ warehouses across Europe to secure the best possible prices on every piece. All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Shipping carriers

All orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS — fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Shipping costs

Because we source from 12+ warehouses across Europe to secure the best possible deals on every piece, items in the same order can come from different locations. For this reason, shipping is sometimes calculated per item rather than as a single flat rate per order — you may see a separate shipping charge for each piece at checkout.

All shipping costs are calculated based on your location, item weight, and product category, and the final total is always shown clearly before payment confirmation.

Multiple packages, one order

Since items may be sourced from different warehouses across our European network, your order can sometimes arrive in more than one package — each with its own tracking number. If this applies to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link for each package.

Customs & import duties

⚠️ Your order ships from EU warehouses. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in your country upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Designers 4 Less does not cover, pre-pay, or reimburse any customs charges. Duties paid on delivery are non-refundable even in the case of a return.

Order processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking your order

✓ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your full tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time on the DHL, FedEx, or UPS website.
