Return & Refund Policy

At Designers 4 Less, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags remain attached and intact
  • The item is returned in its original packaging and box, in the same condition as received
  • The return is accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Have had tags removed or tampered with
  • Are not in their original packaging
  • Are returned after the 14-day window has passed

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@designers4less.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Note

Designers 4 Less reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will be sent back to the customer.
