We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Return Process

  • Our courier service will collect returned items from the same delivery address
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returns must be in the same condition as delivered

Return Conditions All returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Footwear: Must be tried on a mat or piece of cloth only, not directly on the floor, to avoid scratches or marks on the soles
  • Watches: Screen protectors (if included) must remain intact and not be removed
  • Lingerie and Underwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances

Fees and Refunds

  • Return delivery fees will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Any paid customs duties or taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed only after the items are delivered back to our warehouse and inspected to verify they meet our return conditions

Timeline Once we receive and verify your returned items are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund according to the deducted fees outlined above.
