Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes — every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from our certified European luxury suppliers. All items come with original brand tags, packaging, and documentation.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from certified EU warehouses via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. This ensures fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery to your door.
Why are your prices so much lower than local stores?
We operate as a European outlet, sourcing directly from a network of 12+ warehouses across Europe and cutting out multiple middlemen. This wide sourcing network lets us secure the best deals on every individual piece, offering authentic designer fashion at 30–70% below standard retail prices — without compromising on quality or authenticity.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman?
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from our EU warehouses to GCC destinations, shipped via DHL or FedEx. You will receive a full tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?
Your order ships from Europe. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable upon arrival in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Designers 4 Less. Please note that any duties paid on delivery are non-refundable, including in the case of a return.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Because we source from 12+ warehouses across Europe to secure the best prices, shipping is sometimes calculated per item rather than per order, and your order may arrive in more than one package. We work with DHL and FedEx to ensure the most competitive rates for GCC deliveries.
Why is shipping sometimes charged per item?
As a European outlet, we source from a network of 12+ warehouses across Europe to secure the best possible price on every piece. Because items in the same order can come from different warehouses, shipping is sometimes calculated per item instead of a single flat rate per order — and your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all brand tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
⚠️ Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.
What are the conditions for returning footwear?
Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean mat or carpet only. Shoes returned with any scratches, scuffs, or marks on the sole will not be accepted. Please ensure footwear is in perfect, unworn condition before initiating a return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Are customs duties refunded if I return an item?
No. Any customs duties, import taxes, or delivery fees paid upon receipt of your order are non-refundable, even in the case of a return. These charges are collected by the courier and are outside our control.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us through our website or by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be confirmed and processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time on the courier's website.
